REVIEW: Love of Thousand Years [C-drama]

I struggled to push through this one despite it seeming like it was going to be a good show. The leads were beautiful; the story timeless; only 30 episodes. What went wrong?

Had a lot of problems but not enough conflict. The subplot that I liked fizzled out in favor of making a main character look good. At least most of these folks are pretty to look at!

This might have been more a wailing mess than I wanted. It hit a few highs, but it was a touch too cheesy for me. God bless, Hyun bin though. That man should live in turtlenecks the way he was serving lewks.

This is an easy watch, a sweet couple with decent chemistry, especially in the last few episodes.
